We are seeking a motivated and versatile Customer Success & Implementation Specialist to join our growing Mcare360 team.
This hybrid role combines software implementation, user training, client onboarding, and customer success management, ensuring our clients get maximum value from Mcare360. The ideal candidate will also support product demonstrations and business development activities when required.
Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end software implementation for new clients.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and map client workflows to Mcare360 modules.
Configure system parameters, templates, and user roles as per client specifications.
Coordinate with the technical team for deployment, integration, and testing.
Validate data migration and system functionality before go-live.
Training & Onboarding
Deliver product training sessions for clinical, administrative, and support staff.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and video tutorials.
Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the system across all departments.
Monitor client usage and identify areas requiring additional support or optimization.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction and system utilization.
Handle post-implementation issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Gather feedback to enhance product performance and user experience.
Demo & Business Development Support
Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
Understand prospective client requirements and present tailored Mcare360 solutions.
Assist the sales team with proposal preparation and technical documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Management.
2–5 years of experience in software implementation, training, or customer success, preferably in healthcare, ERP, or EMR systems.
Strong understanding of hospital workflows (OPD, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Billing, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software tools.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
