Job Description
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for ISO certification services such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc.

  • Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to introduce company services.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable certification solutions.

  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with potential clients.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into confirmed clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, auditors, and documentation team) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Participate in marketing activities, events, or campaigns to promote company services.

  • Stay updated on ISO standards, certification processes, and industry trends.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales stages.
