Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager – Healthcare to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Mcare360 platform across multiple client sites.
This role combines technical leadership, software implementation, user training, system configuration, and customer success management. The ideal candidate will also support product demonstrations and business development initiatives to help grow Mcare360’s client base.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation of Mcare360 for hospitals and clinics.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and requirement gathering with clients.
  • Configure system modules (EMR, OPD, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Billing, etc.) according to client workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams for customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Ensure successful go-live, data migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Deliver structured training sessions for end-users including doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, process guides, and training videos.
  • Promote system adoption and ensure users are fully equipped to use Mcare360 effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client IT and operations teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, usage, and performance of deployed systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolution with technical support.
  • Collect feedback for continuous improvement of the Mcare360 platform.
  • Support pre-sales activities including client presentations and technical demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals when required.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of local and cloud-based environments.
  • Ensure data security, system uptime, and compliance with healthcare IT standards (HIPAA, MoPH-Qatar).
  • Collaborate with the Mcare360 technical team to ensure system reliability and cybersecurity.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or EMR/ERP implementation and management.
  • Solid understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
  • Experience in cloud systems (preferably Microsoft Azure) and healthcare data integration (HL7/FHIR).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
