As an IT Support – Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation of our software systems across client facilities, supporting doctors, nurses, and admin teams in their daily digital workflows.
Provide technical support for Mcare360 applications and healthcare systems
Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
Coordinate with the implementation and development teams to resolve client issues
Assist in system setup, configuration, and user access management
Train end users on using Mcare360 modules effectively
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
✔ 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or ERP environment
✔ Strong understanding of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting
✔ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
