We are looking for a Patient Access Officer who will play a key role in supporting, guiding, and training hospital and clinic users on the Mcare360 system. This role ensures that front-desk and registration teams fully understand and efficiently use the platform in their daily workflows.
🔹 Assist hospital and clinic reception teams in using the Mcare360 patient access modules.
🔹 Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for registration, billing, and scheduling users.
🔹 Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the Mcare360 support team for quick resolution.
🔹 Monitor user performance and ensure accurate data entry across the system.
🔹 Collect user feedback to improve system usability and training materials.
🔹 Support new site implementations and go-live activities.
Requirements:
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s in Healthcare, IT, or Business Administration.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in hospital registration, patient access, or healthcare IT support.
✔ Strong communication and training skills.
✔ Tech-savvy with the ability to explain workflows clearly to end-users.
✔ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
